You are carrying someone else's records.
That is a real job. A record review helps you understand the file. It is not legal advice, and it is not a promise. If they already have a representative, this can still sit beside that help.
What to gather
Dated medical records that belong to the person applying. Visit notes, imaging, therapy notes, medication lists when they exist. On this public site, do not paste private live records into a demo. When you are ready to send real files, we will use a proper private path.
What you will understand afterward
What the file shows. What is still missing. A next step you can take together. We do not file the Social Security claim for you.
Honesty is care
If the records are not enough, we say so. That protects the person you love.
